Job Details:

Our main job was to check the structural feasibility of a building to install telecom tower with equipment of Base Transmission System (BTS). For this we have done the following:

Site investigation:

Collecting Architectural and Structural information (Soil condition, Foundation details, Beam column details etc.)
Performing Material Test to define the strength ( For Concrete: Schmidt Hammer Test, Core test, for Reinforcement: Re-bar scanner)
Investigating for any kind of deflection / crack/ or any unusual change in structural members and finding the reasons.
Analysis of the building:

Preparing model of the building using STAAD Pro., ETABS & SAFE and performing analysis.
Certification or Recommendation Report:

To certify the building as SAFE / UNSAFE to install the telecom tower with equipment of Base Transmission System (BTS).
If any kind of deflection / crack/ or any unusual change in structural members were found, we recommended the rectification works as a solution.
